Frequently asked questions
Can I try RollingPOS for free?
Yes. You get 15 days with every feature: POS, stock and the e-commerce, Discogs and eBay integrations.
Do I need to enter a credit card?
No. No card is required to start. You only add one when you choose a plan.
What happens after 15 days?
The till locks until you choose a plan. Your stock, sales and exports stay available and nothing is charged automatically. If you subscribe during the trial, the first charge happens when it ends.
What is the difference between POS and POS + E-commerce?
POS (€39 excl. VAT/month) covers in-store selling and stock, with no limit on items. POS + E-commerce (€49 excl. VAT/month) adds WooCommerce, Shopify, Discogs and eBay, with stock synced everywhere.
How much is an extra register?
€19 excl. VAT per month per register, with any plan. All your registers share the same stock.
What happens when a record is sold in store?
Stock is updated immediately and, with POS + E-commerce, the listing is withdrawn or adjusted on your connected channels to avoid selling it twice.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes. Import your catalogue from CSV or from Discogs, then check the matches before you sell.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the till settings. Billing is monthly with no commitment.
